Fortes lets you record vocals over a beat in your browser, then mixes and masters your track on our servers with the Fortes Mix Engine. You get the finished master in your client portal. The service is provided as-is during the beta period and evolves quickly.

• You need an account (email) to buy credits and receive masters. Keep your access credentials to yourself — you are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 16, or have a guardian's consent.

• Subscriptions (Mobile €69/month · Pro €99/month) include 25 (Mobile) or 35 (Pro) credits per month. Plan credits are valid for the billing cycle they belong to: when the cycle renews, any unused plan credits expire and the new month's credits are added. They do not accumulate.
• A song costs 1 credit per vocal layer + 1 for the AI mix & master, with a 3-credit minimum per song.
• Credit packs are available to active subscribers only. Pack credits, welcome credits and bonus credits are valid for 90 days from the day they are added, after which they expire. Credits are always spent in order of expiry (soonest first).
• Payments are processed by Stripe on the website, or by Apple (In-App Purchase) in the iPhone app. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• If a renewal payment fails we retry automatically; subscriber benefits pause until the payment goes through.

• Every account has a personal invite code and link, shown in the client portal under Invite friends.
• A friend counts when they create a new Fortes account with your link or code, subscribe to a plan, and that first subscription payment stays paid for 14 days with no refund requested. Credit packs alone don't count.
• Rewards: when 10 friends count you receive 30 credits; when 20 friends count, another 30 credits (60 in total). Rewards stop at 20 friends — your link keeps working.
• Your friend receives 3 bonus credits when their first subscription payment goes through, on top of the 5 welcome credits. If that payment is refunded, unused bonus credits may be removed.
• Only accounts created in the last 30 days that never subscribed before can be linked to an invite. Each account can be invited once, and you can't invite yourself.
• Invite credits work like other credits in your wallet. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged, transferred or paid out.
• Self-invites, duplicate or fake accounts and spam (unsolicited bulk messages) are not allowed. We may withhold or remove rewards obtained that way and apply the Fair use rules below.
• We may change or end the invite program with notice in the portal. Rewards already earned are kept.

The first charge of a subscription is refundable within 14 days, as described in our Refund Policy; renewal charges are not refundable. If studio masters were already delivered in the current cycle at your request, the refund request is reviewed manually and the value of services already performed may be deducted (Art. 14(3), EU Consumer Rights Directive). When a subscription refund is approved, the plan credits from that charge are removed from your wallet — welcome credits and credit packs are never touched. Credits and credit packs are digital content delivered immediately: by purchasing them you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your EU 14-day right of withdrawal.

• You own your recordings and the masters we deliver. We claim no rights over your music.
• You grant us the technical licence needed to operate: storing, processing, mixing and mastering your audio, and delivering it back to you.
• You are responsible for the rights to what you upload — beats, samples, and reference tracks. Only upload what you are allowed to use.
• Custom reference tracks (Pro) are used solely to master your song and are deleted from our servers after the job.
• How long we keep your files: finished masters stay in your portal for as long as your account exists. Raw session inputs (uploaded beat, raw takes, phone mixdown, intermediate stems) are deleted automatically 30 days after each master. Deleting your account removes your files at once; see the Privacy Policy §7.
• Your recordings are never used to train artificial-intelligence models, ours or anyone else's.

Don't abuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the platform, no account farming or credit abuse. We may throttle, suspend or close accounts that do.

We aim high but this is a beta: features may change, processing times vary, and occasional downtime happens. Where something goes wrong on our side, our refund policy and support have your back.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the portal. These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Questions: [email protected].
